Communication was excellent – he kept me informed throughout, explained all the details clearly, and made sure I was happy at every stage. He supplied and fitted an interior bedroom door upstairs, including hinges, handle, and lock, and did so to a very high standard. I spoke with Costa on the phone shortly after the job was posted. He visited my home two days later. After his arrival, we openly discussed two possible types of fixings for the shelves, their exact position on the wall, and the price. I've no choice now but to go through the small claims court to try and get the money back. Really disappointing.
