This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

James did a really good job completely refitting our cloakroom. He was polite and considerate and kept us up to date with his progress and any issue arising. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Sam helped us identify the best solution for our house, we now have a lovely new boiler, new radiator and 2 thermostats/zones. The technicians were so efficient, polite and helpful, they finished quickly without any time wasting and left everything clean and tidy behind them. Aftersales care and communication has been brilliant also.
Mark finished our en suite in just over a week. His work was of such a high standard, he was on time every day and nothing was too much trouble. he also has a great team of electricians / plasterers that work with him. Mark is friendly, respectful has a great sense of humour and he is also very trustworthy. For any women who live on their own and want a reliable plumber who won't pull the wool over their eyes I would definately recommend Mark. Hopefully mark will be coming back in the new year to fit a bathroom. I would not trust anyone else now! A great find.
