Charlie, agreed a price and was scheduled for Wednesday. He called on the day and rescheduled for Friday, due to feeling unwell. He then called on Thursday and we agreed for him to attend at 1pm. He cam then began renegotiating, which was a surprise as he had all information before arriving. He then agreed to honour agreed price and rescheduled for Tuesday. He never arrived, called or answered my call. I would not recommend Charlie or this company.

Thank you for your feedback. Due to illness, I had to reschedule the original appointment, which was communicated in advance. When I attended, additional information affected the scope of works, however I confirmed I would honour the originally agreed price. Unfortunately, there was a breakdown in communication regarding the final appointment, for which I apologise. This is not representative of the service I aim to provide, and I appreciate the feedback.
Charlie is a genuinely honest and decent person, something that’s sadly rare these days. He did my plumbing work and clearly knows exactly what he is doing. His primary goal is getting the problem properly sorted. He takes the time to explain things clearly, offers fair advice, and does the job right without any pressure or upselling. His integrity really sets him apart from others. Highly recommended
17 January 2025: Charlie of Heatsafe responded immediately to my request, came within 24 hours, and gave a speedy diagnosis of the problem. Although he was unable to effect a repair, he did break the news gently, and gave an acceptable quote for a replacement in the near future. A good man to have on our side,
