Terence delivered a great service in his taking out of the old and installing a new family bathroom. With it being an old house, Terence was faced with some unexpected challenges which he thought through how best to deal with these to make sure the end result was as we wanted. After being let down by another plumber, I posted the job on Rated People and Handel called within 5 minutes. He agreed to come and look at the job at 9am the next day, and arrived right on time. Even though the job wasn't as straightforward as it had first appeared, he sourced another part and returned promptly to finish the job. The price was as he first quoted. I will definitely be using HC plumbing again.
