Mian complaint is not the mistake but being ignored for months after. We quickly discovered cracks in the walls and ceilings which he did not come back and rectify. He also failed to notice some rising damp which he simply painted over . This damp then became visible and discoloured the wall. This meant that we had to pay for damp proofers to come and take the plaster off the wall Shahid painted and we are waiting for a different painter and decorator to come and re-do the job we paid Shahid to do.

Hi I'm Neil Kell Im a multi semi skilled handyman/builder I undertake all kinds of internal and external work on properties ex gas or major electrics I do small domestic electrical work and cover all work in the home Including small jobs ie putting flat pack furniture together fitting blinds curtains no matter how small as well as doing a loft Conversion. And every job has to be done to the highest standard within a sufficient time scale to first class finish as the finish of my work is my business card creating good word of mouth and good reviews.

Ed did a fantastic job installing an engineered wood herringbone floor in our bedroom. He had good, frequent communication before and during the job, was very clean and tidy throughout and the final finish was excellent, we were blown away by the quality of his workmanship. Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Andy is reliable and goes above and beyond to give you what you want. He not only fitted the new kitchen but also had it designed and sourced it for us as well. He undertook several other jobs including taking out the chimney breast and fitting new skirting board and door architrave. His workmanship is excellent and the finished kitchen looks fantastic. If ours sons hadn't been an electrician and a tiler he would have done those jobs as well. We will be keeping hold of his number and using him again.
