After the gate was fitted, it began leaning noticeably, which not only looks unsightly but has also caused it to stop locking properly. A gate should provide both security and reliability, but this one has failed on both counts. I hoped the issue could be resolved, but even though I send a few messages to ask for it to be fixed, unfortunately, this never happened

I'm very sorry the gate has issues. It was installed correctly and was solid. Due to the terrible condition of your exterior wall, I had to add additional fixings. The wall needs to be repaired. Also I quoted for a new gate, the additional posts were an extra your partner insisted on when I had arrived at your home, after the price was agreed.

We’re disappointed with the job. You quoted £250 after seeing the old gate, but key issues like post replacement weren’t properly addressed. You included removal/disposal in the price, but we kept the gate — yet the cost stayed the same. The new gate quickly began leaning and won’t lock. Despite follow-ups, you didn’t respond. We paid in full, expecting quality and professionalism, but were let down. We're not seeking a fix now, just sharing our experience for others’ awareness.

Joe did a brilliant job moving furniture from upstairs to downstairs (and vice versa) as well as putting in some shelves. He’s coming back this week to do some more work and won’t hesitate with other jobs either. Very reasonable cost and friendly as well, recommended to all. Thanks Joe.
