Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. A roof job that some other Company in front of my house made me wait two months and never showed up at the end, was instead looked at the same day of visit and completed the next day, in a few hours. Ben, who headed up the work, is a great guy and very credible and professional.Their quote was higher than others, but i went with them because of Ben and his attitude when quoting. However, after the job, my view on his workers who repaired the roof, changed dramatically. I, as a complete novice, had put some alluminim roof repair tape over some cracked tiles...imagine my surprise when i found that the workers ended up doing that too.I think a tile must have cracked when they were fitting them..amateurs!
