Thomas Costa from Allaspects roofing responded to my enquiry within hours of posting. He visited my property and checked and advised me on the work required offering two options with two separate quotes. I choose which option I required. The repairs were carried out quickly and efficiently, The Roofing crew worked tirelessly to complete the repairs due to adverse weather closing in. While working on guttering for our adjoining neighbour he enquired whether we would like the work continued. Agreed.
Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
Initially we were happy as Tommy came out promptly to sort out a leak round a flat roof drain. He offered to seal it for £400 there and then which although it seemed a lot of money we agreed. However it continued to leak so he then came back and redid the job but this time he completely sealed the drain over and now the roof is like a swimming pool as the water cannot drain away so we have had to get another contractor to undo all the work that he did and start again. Over £400 wasted

Hi Judith I’m sorry to see this rating as it’s the first I’ve herd from this you employed me to fix a leak what your plumbers made when they damaged you’re roof fixing the pipe and I came out twice fixed you’re roof where it was leaking and ad bided you that the boards where gone underneath the old worn out original felt and explained to you’re son who owns the property that it needed renewing as it will pool with the indentation of the water damaged boards have gone Regards Thomas
Thomas coster is a very professional roofer i had a few slate tiles that had, he came checked the job and did it the same day, i would recommend Thomas to anyone, .cheers Thomas
Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
Tommy did a great job repairing roof and then returning to help when we found another leak in the wall. Quick to answer and keep informed on progress. Also liaised with a neighbour for access which was really helpful. Recommended!
