I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Said he didn't want visit the home to get quote and told us what the price would be from pictures. Then after already starting the job said it would be £150 more than the agreed price. Didn't give an invoice after I asked.

Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.

I was given a quote without him having seen the job first. Smacks of extra costs being added later for ‘unanticipated problems’. I didn’t hire him for this reason.

I've no choice now but to go through the small claims court to try and get the money back. Really disappointing. Chris turned up on the aggreed date at the aggreed time.. a little extra plumbing work was required so he went off to the plumbing suppliers... this was the last I saw of him.. he text me to say due to the extra work he did not want to do the job. I tried to phone him to discuss but he never answered the phone and would only communicate through text messages. The work was never carried out.
