I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. The work was done very effectively, and he left everything clean and tidy when he finished. He supplied the parts and showed me how to adjust them should I need to do so in the future. The estimate was for 2 days' work, but it took only one, so it turned out a bit more expensive.

Silvio and Vacili were very quick to respond after job post, quote and begin our bathroom refurbishment from an initial shower room to new bathroom refurb which involved replacing shower cubicle with a family bath instead. Friendly and hardworking guys, checking in on our preferences for the installation along the way. Toilet relocation needed tricky plumbing but they were confident and got the job done. Needed some sofas moving out the window, explained the job and AtoZ called quickly. They accepted the gig, and said theyd turn up prepared. They arrived, but as it was only 2 of them, we were expected to help too, which is fine, but usually makes it cheaper... But it didn't. Got the job done, friendly, just not so cost effective.
