He was able to fit me in before his holiday by kindly offering to work on a Sunday. Really pleased that I found Adrian through this site - he was superb! The job he undertook was a complete refresh of a three bedroom rental property which had been vacated after a period of ten years. Adrian spent a couple of weeks freshening up all parts of the house with a coat or three of magnolia. As a landlord who lives nowhere near the property, Adrian was given a set of keys and was extremely trustworthy and provided excellent communication via Whatsapp throughout the job ?? Good guy!
