Wouldn't recommend this company at all now. Wrong cowl fitted that caused high carbon dioxide emissions.

Very sorry to hear this, we allways ask our customers to get in contact immediately if there are any issues with our work, I have looked into this and your job was completed over 12months ago and unfortunately you did not contact us and make us aware of any issues!

We did not want you back here, as was the ridges on the roof was crooked! I had complaints off the neighbours about the rubbish that was blowing off the roof from the ridges. We recently had the chimney tested and the size of cowl was put on was wrong causing carbon monoxide. How safe is that? That’s all there is to it , how it is now and waiting now for the cowl to be sorted

At the time my husband made you aware of the ridge being crooked but you said you couldn’t do anything about it. I wouldn’t use rated people again or go by any ratings at all with any of the trades. At the end of the day I’ve arranged for the work to be put right. After 12 months!

As I have allready stated I'm sorry to be hearing this now after 12months, if you had an issue you should have called immediately and we would of inspected it and rectified any issues found! We guarantee All our work and make sure our customers are aware of it so I can't understand why you wouldn't just call with such serious concerns?
Wooden / Metal Gates
Had a wooden gate supplied and fitted—great quality work and completed to a good standard. Very professional, turned up on time, and left everything tidy. Would definitely recommend. Has promised to come back and fit an additional panel on the gate as it left a gap when closed.

The team were great and so professional. They came in for a quote and as I am away next week, they said they would do it today. Job was done perfectly. I am so pleased with the work.
