I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. I was initiall confident in my choice of team to have my patio done. Completion was set for 1 week from the start. 4 weeks later Im still chasing for completion after being left with a blocked drain from grout , gaps in my grouting in ththeew patio and my extensi lead they accidentally took to be returned. Multiple chances to fix and complete outstanding tasks over the last 4 weeks. Even today, plan made, and I was told the blocked drain at least would be sorted and yet again let down by John.
