Very disappointing standard of work, i wish i could attach photos. Asked for money upfront for work not done, even asked for diesel money. When challenged, lied about what was included in the quote.

Dan carried out plastering and replaced the skirting boards. He was efficient, courteous and competent, completing the job much earlier than I expected. He was a very tidy worker, clearing up after he was finished. I would recommend Dan (I have already booked him for another job.

Valley Walling called round promptly and gave a good value quote to re point and tidy and seal the top of the wall. They told me exactly when they would start and finish the job. They kept to the timing and days working to the dot. Before they left they cleaned up using my hose for the stray bits of cement. Would recommend them for all outside building work. Rohan was extremely professional and completed the task within time. He was polite and very considerate to me and my neighbours while constructing our garden fence. I would not hesitate to recommend him and would certainly use him again in the future.

Gareth removed our old flat garage roof and replaced with Firestone rubber (guaranteed) to a first class standard. He was very helpful and professional and advised us honestly on how best to solve our roofing problem. The job was completed within the estimated time and at the cost we were quoted and we are both extremely happy with the finished product. Gareth was very polite and friendly and we would highly recommend him. We will definitely be using him again.

After waiting three weeks to see how the new lawn progressed I can say that it is as good as I hoped at this stage. The job from contact to now has been excellent with the work starting on time and finished in one day as promised. Ben was very helpful in all aspects of our meetings making me feel very comfortable and confident in recommending his work.

Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He got back to me quickly and the whole job took less than 2 weeks from me posting to completion. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure I will ask him to do other jobs for me.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.
