William kept his word and arrived at my address as agreed. despite me not being at home he assessed the damage, called me and we agreed for the job to be carried out. He did not only put back in place the missing tile, but also repaired the roof edges where the cements were missing.

This firm did a great job. They offered a number of solutions for rectifying problems with my lawn and drive and didn't push the most expensive. Any queries I had were dealt with promptly. Phil from Greenbank joinery quoted an outstanding price for the job, I was able to make the decision to hire him immediately based on the initial visit to discuss the work and the price I would pay on completion. Phil was polite, friendly, understanding, professional and the quality of his work and how quickly he completed the job was brilliant. I would recommend using Phil to friends and family. Richard has done a good job painting our garden fences with preservative. One possible drawback is reviews of preservative chosen by Richard suggests it is of poor quality so may not last too long. Job took a long time from initial enquiry due to very wet and windy weather all winter, but I was kept informed of delays throughout. Happy to recommend Richard.

We have an old cast iron bath and had the bath panels to fix to it. We didn't feel confident doing it ourselves as it was quite a tricky job. Lukasz took time to get the measurements and the cutting was perfect. Looks great. Also we asked him to fix the old original bathroom door which has never closed shut. He put new hinges and shaved it and now it shuts. He did some plastering too. It took a day and charged his day rate (£150) plus a little extra for the hinges, plaster and frame. Great job!

Had Presitge Construction lay paving for me in the back garden for a shed base and pathway leading back to the house. Matt done a superb job and seems a genuine guy.
