Outstanding all round service doing a job we have needed done for a while. We would highly recommend them for their efficiency and pressional approach. After they assessed the work we needed, they got on with it and stayed until it was finished. They left everything so tidy too. Really impressed.

Slav and his team worked tirelessly over several days to clear a significant amount of garden soil and relocated a deck in preparation for a new patio. He then organised retaining wall footings and an mot surface ready for the next phase. Throught, he and his team communicated about progress and sought clarification when appropriate. The job was completed on time and in budget and the team always cleared up at the end of the work day. I'm very pleased with Slav's service and have engaged him again.

The end result was outstading and carried out in a very professional manner. The space we were working with was awkward and there were no bedroom/ wardrobe specialists who could create something in the space we had. Dom had one initial site visit and took all measurements down before completeing the work off site. The wardrobes, drawers and shelves were then fitted in one day. What was created looks as though it has always been there which is superb given the space he had to work with. Well recommended.

Darren was extremely friendly and professional throughout the whole process. We had worktops cut for our kitchen and he did them to an excellent standard. Whilst he was on the job we asked if it was possible to fit the high rise units we had purchased for our kitchen. He had no problem with doing this and charged us a very reasonable amount. Any further work we would need to have done, Darren would be our first and only call. Great work, great service, great results.

I didn't actually give the job to Smart Construction; but Aaron visited to inspect the job, and was extremely helpful, personable, and business like; he also did some research to work out the structure of my property. So pleased with my cabinets and bookcases. Excellent quality and the carpenter did exactly what I asked him too. He arrived on time and left my home tidy. Darren came and assembled my furniture when I was 9 months pregnant. He came the same day and completed the job within the specified timeframe. He left the room clean and tidy when he was finished.

When embarking on a large project (in this case a substantial house extension) you want to be reassured that as well as good communication throughout the job, the quality of work will be of the highest and that best efforts are made to bring the job in on time and as near as possible on budget. My wife and I were very impressed on all these fronts and would heartily recommend the AJR team. They turned up everyday for the 3 months the job took, were polite and resolved unforeseen problems creatively.
