Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.

Very professional, came out quickly to price up and then arranged the day when the work was done. The insurance company messed us about but The Roof Doctor sorted out our issue and cleaned everything up afterwards. We are very happy with the work.

Great job done! I am very happy with the new doors I had fitted downstairs. Alex is very hard working, reliable, honest and reasonably priced. He even put up with my 4yr old annoying him(sorry). When I need upstairs fitting I know who to call on ,highly recommended.

Really really happy with the all-round service from Vanda, Steve and the team. They were really helpful, punctual and did a fantastic job of removing a supporting wall, helping project manage and sort out issues with our kitchen delivery. We absolutely love our kitchen and this is down to their fantastic work. Highly recommend!

Chris and Dan are v professional and polite. They have competitive prices which does not mean that they scrimp on the high quality of their work. Chris contacted me immediately, met me that evening and commenced work within days - v efficient. The completed work was done to a high standard and the property was left neat and tidy (v, refreshing for tradesman!!) They will advise on work that would be useful but leave the final decision to you which illustrates their knowledge in their field of work.

Keith was exactly what we needed to sort out our ageing kitchen work top, he replaced the worktop and did some "tweaks" to plumbing, tiling and it looks like a brand new kitchen. Highly recommended and we want him back at home to do more work asap.

I found Jason on rated people, he was always friendly, professional and punctual. He has completely refitted my bathroom to a fabulous standard, Jason is a perfectionist in every aspect of his work, and always leaves his work clean and tidy. He made suggestions that I hadn't thought of which improved the finished look of the bathroom and brought the project in on budget. I would recommend him completely.

Gary and his team have done a fantastic job installing a new roof, fitting new guttering, along with sofits and facias, His quote was the best value and most honest from the many we had, Gary kept us informed of the progress throughout the installation, he kept his work area tidy and left no mess when the job was completed. I would definitely recommend Gary and his team for all the services he has to offer, he's a lovely genuine guy that goes the extra mile for his customers.

I gave a garage conversion project into a full en-suite bedroom to Radu. Radu surpassed all my expectations on his work ethics, (always punctual), work quality (highest level), integrity and affordable. He never cut corners and the final result shows. Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating. During the completion of the job, he turned up on time, completed the project to an excellent standard and is probably the tidiest tradesperson I know! We will definitely use Neil in any of our future projects.
