William kept his word and arrived at my address as agreed. despite me not being at home he assessed the damage, called me and we agreed for the job to be carried out. He did not only put back in place the missing tile, but also repaired the roof edges where the cements were missing.

Company responded quickly to original request and seemed to have sorted out all the velux windows as requested. The charge was reasonable although I didn't receive the invoice and receipt that I requested which caused a record problem. I brought the company back to do a second job - fixing a leak around one of my velux windows and also carrying out some smaller roofing repairs. Company went to great efforts to get the right slates which I appreciated. Unfortunately the leak wasn't fixed properly and when we went up on the roof we found the seal around the window was loose and clearly hadn't been fixed down properly. the servicing of the velux windows also seems to have only temporarily fixed the problems and slowly one by one the motors are failing again. The charge for the work was OK but again I didn't (despite requests and promises) receive an invoice breaking down the charge or a receipt. Level of workmanship was OK but admin is sloppy and the company will need to sort that out.

Gareth removed our old flat garage roof and replaced with Firestone rubber (guaranteed) to a first class standard. He was very helpful and professional and advised us honestly on how best to solve our roofing problem. The job was completed within the estimated time and at the cost we were quoted and we are both extremely happy with the finished product. Gareth was very polite and friendly and we would highly recommend him. We will definitely be using him again.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

I hired D&N for a deep clean of my 4-bedroom, 3-storey house before new tenants moved in and was thrilled with their service. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. The crew arrived on time, equipped with all necessary tools, and systematically cleaned every corner. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen were left immaculate with attention to detail everywhere. Dave was fantastic all the way through the job. His price was extremely reasonable and he stuck very near to the original quote even though the job turned out to be significantly more complicated than first anticipated and took longer than we first thought. He kept us very well informed throughout and arrived on time every day. A generally very friendly and easy going guy - would happily use him again.

New sink & WC fitted in downstairs cloakroom, radiator moved as well as wall & floor tiling. Minor issue sorted promptly & without fuss. Very pleased, I would not hesitate to use Dave again.
