I have provided a phone number in the chat. A £8000 job falling apart in less than a year is really poor work. It would be great if fixed by yourselves. At least you are saying 10 years guarantee here on line.

Arsens did an extremely good job on both the hall way and especially the kitchen, as all the tiles and hard board had to be removed first before he could lay the floor. Which was laid to an extremely high standard. I will definitely use Arsens again.

Handyman, most aspects of work undertaken
Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. Sadly I've had to change my rating as I'd no longer recommend. While this initial job was done well, I then contracted Joe to lay some laminate flooring in the same room. After buying (and charging me for) enough beading to cover all the edges of the room, he left without laying it all and took the rest with him so I couldn't even do it myself. Aside from that, there were other issues with the floor. Tried to get him to come back several times but doesn't show up when agreed and is ignoring my calls.

I sent Steve £890 after he came to measure up so he could buy materials for my job. After 6 weeks of numerous delays and excuses he's now completely stopped texting back and won't answer my calls. I've no choice now but to go through the small claims court to try and get the money back. Really disappointing. (Steve if you're reading this please reach out, it's not too late to fix it and get the job finished)
We are an established company (although new to Rated People) we have been specialising in garden land scaping and fencing projects for over 10 years and in that time we have carried out numerous successful projects for many happy clients. Honesty, integrity and value for money is what we believe is our key quality.
In October, quoted £800 to level and turf 80 sqm. Left the soil to harden. He came in April and remeasured. This time, it magically increased to 96 sqm and wanted £960. After completing without any levelling, there was still an area left. When asked to lay the excess turf in the truck, said it is for another customer and left. When I measured the turfed area, it came to 81 sqm. Contacted him to return the 15 sqm, wants another £200. Now asking not to contact, so leaving this feedback. Untrustworthy workman.
