We have an old cast iron bath and had the bath panels to fix to it. We didn't feel confident doing it ourselves as it was quite a tricky job. Lukasz took time to get the measurements and the cutting was perfect. Looks great. Also we asked him to fix the old original bathroom door which has never closed shut. He put new hinges and shaved it and now it shuts. He did some plastering too. It took a day and charged his day rate (£150) plus a little extra for the hinges, plaster and frame. Great job!

Steve was brilliant from start to finish, great communication and came and completed the work within 24 hrs of me listing the job. The tiles look brilliant and Steve helped us out by moving the shelf about to ensure tiles fit perfectly. Will definetly be using Steve again for tiling jobs and would definetly recommend him to anyone else.

The electrical test on bathroom installation was eventually conducted and the safety certificate issued on the 16 November 2012. Now still waiitng for the repair of leak from the bathroom into recess light in the hallway below reported issue to C & S Plumbing on the 12 November 2012 but due to my initial complaint about the certificate which they discovered later they have refused to honor their word and warrenty. Now quoted in excess of £400 by another plumber to repair C & S work. Update to be provided

Peter was an excellent worker. He came to quote incredibly quickly and sourced the materials and finished the job two days after. He arrived on time, kept me informed about costs and worked hard. He cleaned up as he went along and was polite and courteous. He provided great value for money too. I would definitely hire him again.

I am so pleased with the work done by Dean and his team. I really cannot fault him, the bathroom looks amazing, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly. Had Presitge Construction lay paving for me in the back garden for a shed base and pathway leading back to the house. Matt done a superb job and seems a genuine guy. Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.

I can highly recommend Steve of Henshall Housing. I required a complete bathroom and additional shower room refurbishment. All work was carried out to a high standard. I found Steve to be patient and precise. I was not an easy costumer! I had my own ideas on how I wanted these rooms to look. Steve gave good advice and helped to achieve the look I wanted. I also loved the fact that they were clean and tidy workers which made a big difference on the stress levels whilst the work was carried out.

Seemed good at the time, but all the paint started to peel off in the bedroom and all over the living room ceiling. First signs 1 year in and now in 2021 we’re having to pay to have it all done again.

Really can’t fault Trojan, from the initial quote we felt comfortable that Nick understood what we needed. The initial quote escalated and nothing was too much trouble. We now have a home to be proud of and can’t thank Trojan enough for everything they have done.

Bathroom ceiling painted, Alan did a great job with the best quality materials. He is very trustworthy and friendly. I would highly recommend and will be putting more work his way in the near future.
