While I write this review I am thinking why should I do this, the problem being this guy is absolutely fantastic. Therefore I probably will not get him again…due to everyone wanting him. I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. Raf came over and checked all the jobs that needed doing before providing a price for the whole lot. He gave some some good suggestions and offered cheaper solutions to a couple of jobs. Raf got the first urgent job done for us in time. Friendly guy who is able to sort a lot of different jobs.
