Owned a house for over 20 years. Matt, with his worker, James are the best plumbers I've come across. Truly outstanding in all respects. They took care to minimise dust and disruption throughout. And the finish is superb, but just as good is the quality of the pipework craftsmanship under the floors and in the walls - no shortcuts - just quality. I cannot recommend Matt highly enough.

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. A garden wall needed repairing at an awkward junction with a neighbour's wall, where our coping stones had come loose and the blocks crumbled. Adam picked up the job promptly and turned up, with a colleague, the next day to complete the repair. The wall is now secure and looks neater. Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
