Hi I'm Martyn. I have been in the trade since I was 16, so a lot of years and experience. We do everything from footings to the roof. We work with a structural engineer with the bigger jobs and also do steel erected building's, we can go as far as saying we do demolition to a degree depending on the job. Also we do groundwork from a footing for a wall or a big dig out for a drive...we can change a few tiles or do a full re roof. No job too big or small get in touch we do it all. Martin Walker did a good job but trying to get him back to fix faults has been frustrating, at first he promised not to let me down but never turned up and now he won't even answer my calls. I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt and I have only written this after a nearly a year of trying to get him back to fix faults in the original installation.

Jonnathan came to remove a conifer tree in my front garden,he came on time and quoted me a very resonable price.After removing the tree and doing a very good job i hired him to do some more work in my garden.Allround very good worker and nice guy.Definetly hire him again

Chris did a fantastic job of replacing my old fence panels with new one's, price was very fair, it wasn't a straight forward job and he didn't stop until it was perfect, kept me informed every step of the way, cleaned everything up and took away all the old fencing panels, would highly recommend Chris and would not hesitate to use him again for any future work

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. The two guys who came and removed my rubbish were great. They turned up when they said they would do and cleared everything away in no time at all. There was far more rubbish than I realised and my back garden looked great afterwards. Reasonable price too, I would definitely hire them again.
