The job was to relay and flatten a lawn. This has turned out to be half an acre of thistles and other perrenial weeds. There is grass, but you cannot see it unless you look down through the thistles. When he left on 4/4 I was assured he would come the following week to move the rideon lawnmower he had left stranded in the garden. After 3 months, numerous phone calls and emails later I am still waiting. I would definitely not recommend.

Very prompt response to come and assess and quote for the work. They were keen to do the work the next day even though I was going to be out - they called when they arrived, sent photos as they progressed the work, messaged when finished with final photos. They took away all the rubbish (there was a lot of pruning done) and didn’t ask for payment until I had reviewed everything in person the following morning (it was dark when I got home). Overall very polite and did a very good job.

Paul was easy to deal with and gave us a comprehensive list of materials that were adhered to. He turned up when he said he would and his estimate of time for the job was spot on. Furthermore, his price changed slightly upwards but as a result of more work that was totally in line with the other work so all good. We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.
