MKY property services contacted me through rated people following my advert for a bathroom trades person. Phil was extremely knowledgeable and listened to what we would like our bathroom to look like, whilst also making his own suggestions. He was extremely professional throughout our bathroom refurb and was polite and chatty as well as respectful of our property. He goes above and beyond with his attention to detail and keeps you informed every step of the way. I highly recommend this company.

Steve was brilliant from start to finish, great communication and came and completed the work within 24 hrs of me listing the job. The tiles look brilliant and Steve helped us out by moving the shelf about to ensure tiles fit perfectly. Will definetly be using Steve again for tiling jobs and would definetly recommend him to anyone else.

Ivor undertook the initial measuring and quotes, putting us at ease with his suggestions and solutions. Then when the job started he and his team arrived in good numbers and on time. They were efficient, hard working and polite throughout, including when we asked to change 1 or 2 things. We had 3 pieces of work completed in just over 1 week, with payment only on completion to our satisfaction.
