The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

Kevan did a great job. We organised a convenient time for the work. He turned up on time and completed the job for the agreed price. I would have no problem recommending him and if I have any other carpeting jobs will get him back.

An excellent tiler very helpful all work carried out to a high level very impressed. AMK was very eager to come out and quote phoned several times while I was out. we needed one wall plastered, and Mark gave me a great quote, he als recomended having the rest of the kitchen plastered too. So glad we took his advice. First time we've had smooth walls, giving us a blank canvas to work with. Mark quote was prefect, he turned up on time, got on with the job, and left the place spotless. Garry came to give us a quote the day after our ad appeared on your website - his price was fair so we asked him to do the job. He confirmed the evening before he came, they arrived when they said they would, with no time wasting they got stuck in and papered both rooms within a matter of hours. The job was done well, rooms left tidy - all 3 were very polite and courteous. Most importantly - the work has been done to a high standard - I would have no hesitation in hiring again or recommending them.

I employed David McAdam of Protection Plus as a handyman. He responded to my job details when no other individuals did. He and his colleague came at the agreed time, assessed the jobs and negotiated a reasonable price for the list of small jobs I had. I enjoyed the added bonus of them being able to do the work the same day that we negotiated the price. I found them to be courteous, tidy and very efficient. I would employ them again and plan to recommend them to friends and family.
