I am a time served professional decorator and tiler by trade, over the years I’ve become what you would call a Builder....my self and my team of quality time served tradesman have been completing home improvements together since 2007....My main focus is on quality and customer satisfaction. I have been time Served since 1989 and self employed since 2003. I specialise in all types of home improvements both supply and fitting of kitchens,bathrooms and wet rooms. Full/part garage conversion ...on a smaller scale I also decorate one off rooms bedroom/living room etc. installing underfloor heating under tiles in conservatories, laying solid wood flooring and so on. All work is done to the highest of standards and fully guaranteed. All Electrical / Gas work on any of my jobs is only carried out by qualified tradesmen. Ian fitted our kitchen and I would happily have him back to do other jobs that we have planned around the house. Ian has done an accurate and quality job for a very reasonable price compared to other quotes we received. He also has helped us save money and got in touch with suppliers who could provide us quality products at a cheaper price to what we paid. Overall I'm delighted with my kitchen and if I get a chance I will be using Ian again.

Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

I had my back lawn replaced with artificial grass and bordered with wooden sleepers. The standard of the work was absolutely first class, better than I imagined it could be TBH. The lads all worked diligently and with minimum disruption or noise and were courteous and polite, I was a little concerned because I have an elderly neighbour who I didn't want to be disturbed by unnecessary noise or bad language, I needn't have worried! On time, worked hard, cracked on, got the job done and tidied up afterwards

This review is way overdue. Kev, Mick and Dave did a fantastic job of our kitchen extension and garden landscaping. Has really transformed our home. We can not recommend them enough, Kev pointed us in the right direction the whole way through even making suggestions which saved us thousands. He reused materials, which also saved us more money and pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a working kitchen in time for lockdown.

The job was so much more difficult than any of us expected and had become dangerous so I needed urgent help. Luckily Mc Neil Property Services were ready and able to take it on at short notice. Although it took longer than expected they battled on sticking to the estimate and made what could have been a nightmare into an enjoyable experience and left behind a magnificent wall.
