Having had a few quotes from local companies James provided us with a fair and realistic price that ticked all our requests and requirements. The contract put in place for the work was structured well to allow for part payments at set phases so I could keep track of our budget as the project progressed and invoices broken down to clearly outline what we were paying for. We made a few changes throughout the project and James took these on board without any hassle and delivered those changes successfully and

On on build are a general building company based in the Nottingham and surrounding areas. We provide various services including underfloor heating and floor sreeeding, bricklaying, driveways, turfing,fencing, patios, roofing and driveway cleaning and resealing. PL insured and cscs cpcs certified. Over the last 3 years i have been working on train sidings refurbishment in manchester and new build house and been on checkatrade, but back on rated people again now.

Steve took our fireplace ideas and made them into exactly what we wanted. Professional and polite throughout, he worked hard to get the job done. Trustworthy enough to leave with a key to our house whilst we were at work, and kept us up to date with what he had done and what he had left to do. He was quick to send over a quote, was able to fit in the work before Christmas and generally did an excellent job with it all.
