Jim responded promptly to job request & arranged to come out on a Sunday. He got to work diagnosing the problem with the hot water timer unit and boiler. This had been not been properly installed previously and another Electrican had failed to fix Consequently the flat had not had access to full hot water for a few years However Jim’s persistence paid off and his experience and skills fixed the problem. Gary’s communication initially was good and we agreed terms and what was needing done. The work that was carried out when he attended was good and he done a good job of it however it was raining on the day and he wasn’t able to apply the weedkiller. Since then I’ve asked him several times to come back and do this and been told he would come on a specific date and hasn’t shown up. He hasn’t been back in touch with me to arrange a date to complete this which is disappointing. Other than this the work was good
