Very pleasant to deal with, really nice team who took the time to understand what we wanted and completed the job on time and in good fashion. When an unexpected cost came up (checking the flooring) they gave us a reasonable quote and fixed the matter swiftly. Very much recommended.

Chris did a fantastic job installing my dishwasher in an awkward location. As well as rescheduling without fuss when the delivery of the dishwasher was delayed, he worked around unforeseen issues and stayed through a wash cycle to ensure everything was okay. Along with this the price quoted was great value and did not change when the job was done. I would not hesitate to request Chris's services again in the future. Highly recommended!

Very bad workmanship. Huge hole just left in wall where pipe went through. Had to have someone in to replaster and make good. Boiler now condemned for a second time in two years. Flue has gaping holes around it and the gas flow sample test point was left with no cap and then the replacement doesn't fit either. AA homeserve say it's the worst installation they have ever seen.

John gave a price, based on my description and photo. He confirmed he'd arrive the following day and this morning, called to say he'd arrive in "30 mins". John arrived as promised and promptly fixed the issue. He also noticed a blockage in the downpipe and resolved that too. I can't fault him in any respect and am happy to recommend him to anyone. So pleased with the work Ciprian did for me. He sourced the security gate and found a great reasonable price for me. He communicated throughout and arrived promptly to my home to install the gate. He was very professional and polite at all times. He demonstrated how to use the gate and fully explained the whole process. I would recommend Ciprian and am very grateful for the work he completed.
