Great job done by the team. I had two loft hatches replaced and new ladders supplied. They arrived earlier than expected and got the job done. It was clean, professional and overall an excellent job. came to do quote , seemed professional and rep, but then had to chase him up! He said he was just waiting on materials to come and said he’d be in touch soon as he had materials and said he’d be round the following week to carry out work. When I messaged just to confirm him coming he ignored my message and didn’t bother doing the job ! Very unprofessional!

Bejay Shakespeare took £420 for a bathroom leak repair he falsely claimed was complete. That same night the leak worsened, flooding my kitchen. He repeatedly promised to return, then failed to show and ignored all calls and messages. He left the bathroom filthy, stained carpets, and made the problem worse than before. This was disgraceful, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs – I am demanding a full refund and compensation for the damage he caused.

No one turned up. One person said he would come and see what was involved. As usual with this site, no one came. Eventually a friend came with a 3 year old. He wouldn't take any money but the 3 year old had 2 sausages and an ice lolly. .

We chose Timber Box Sash Windows to double glaze our sash windows after Andrew came out and surveyed, then followed up with a really decent quote. We got the work done in two phases and both times were really hassle free with the joiners turning up on time and getting on with the job. They were a real pleasure whilst they were here. Very polite and friendly. It’s good to have the same person that surveyed the job actually carry out the work as well, makes for a really smooth process.

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.
