Despite the competitive pricing, the lack of professionalism makes their services impossible to recommend. For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. Solomon replied to my ad very quickly which was great and he managed to get the heating working in my flat, which it hadn't been. However, the fault light on my boiler came back on shortly after he left and he hasn't been able to provide a report on what issue needs fixing for me to be able to follow up on. He also wouldn't pre confirm an hourly rate or agree costs upfront. He was however very friendly and helpful, if he can provide a report and rectify the issue then I'd happily use him again.
