So the context here is that we have had 4 roofers come to us (not from Rated People) to repair our leak. All arrived with promises to resolve our leak and none managed to do this. After turning up at 8am on a Sunday morning to assess the job and offer advice, honesty and quote me, Jay was brilliant from start to finish.
