I used the Rated People website for the first time when the recent bad winds damaged our fences. Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. Glen was on time and and was very pleasant and professional. He explained what the problem was with my door handles and showed me the failed springs. He explained how the locking mechanism worked so that I fully understood the problem. Although he didn't have any black handles with him, he did have some white ones and I was happy with those so he did the job there and then to save a return visit. He also adjusted both the front an back doors for me. Very pleased.

Excellent construction and gardening company. The whole team had exceptional multiple skills and worked fast. The trees were expertly pruned and shaped, the undergrowth cleared and waste removed, paving and fences were power washed, a new bench/box set up, new flowers planted and finally an electrician fitted new outdoor plugs and a light. Everything was completed and cleaned up within 48 hours. A brilliant job and we will commission further work - fully recommended without reservation.

Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.
