Paul was great. We had a random bunch of problems with our heating. He came out quickly, figured out the issue and provided a quote promptly and included extra things we needed. He went further to help me find special radiator coloured fittings for even cheaper than I thought they’d be and arrived immediately after my parts came. Superb service from Steven! Came out within 30 mins of an urgent request on Rated People. Diagnosed and fixed a gas leak from a compression joint, which I’ve had two previous companies out because I suspected I could smell gas and both times they told me everything was fine. Steven double and triple checked everything was fine with our gas before leaving. Left the affected area neat and tidy. Delighted!!

Very thorough and asked for my approval on every aspect of the jobs which is how I like it. They did a number of jobs which were excellent, as well as taking out a first floor fireplace. First class job even though it was the first time they had done that. If you like tradesmen who are thorough and interested in the customer's opinion rather than speedy then I recommend these two very much. Even when they had to change the start date, they came in person to discuss, rather than a text or call.
