Great work! Dale and Otis, two hard-working individuals, were always punctual and dedicated to completing the job each day. They made sure to keep me in the loop and involved in decision-making, ensuring my satisfaction. Their craftsmanship was top-notch, and they were willing to take on any task. What can I say? I was slightly sceptical and didn’t expect too much but I was very much mistaken. The service we received from these guys was A1. From entering the details onto the website I was contacted via email and text message within minutes. I was then contacted, within 15 minutes , by Ideal roofing and building to make an appointment for the very next morning. Two very friendly guys arrived as scheduled, did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. The whole experience was actually a pleasure. Friendly, prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Had a kitchen fitted by Simon including wooden worktops. Excellent quality work and, despite the kitchen company forgetting parts of the order, Simon was willing to work around this without extra payment. Would recommend to anyone thinking about getting their kitchen done by him.

Jonathan took on a job that nobody else seemed to want to tackle, and did it for the price I was hoping for. He encountered a few problems along the way but managed to overcome them without having to alter the quoted price. Turned up on time both days and did a full days work, unlike so many tradesmen I've used in the last 6 months.
