Ivan listens to the problem and makes suggestions based on his experience and not on other's recommendations. He is open to discussion and happy to adjust his initial plans, while doing the job, as he discovered the problem which saved on me doing a very expensive but unnecessary extra re-building work to fix my shower room. No frills but honest.

He was able to work out the quote quickly which I was really happy with as it was competitive. He was able to fit me at a suitable day and as agreed turned up on time. His work was excellent, and completed to a high standard. Very happy with the job, price and John was a nice trustworthy guy. I will be using him again without hesitation.

Danny, worked hard to give us a nice gleaming shower room. He's given plenty of suggestions and recommendations which made us think and chose the right parts. All rubbish is now cleared away ( well to a skip anyway, awaiting collection). In the end the completed room is fantastic and he's added a few little touches that we wouldn't have though of. Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.
