George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Marco responded straight away to my advertised job, and was able to start immediately. Great communication throughout, arrived on time and had the emulsion job done within the day, as well as stripping wallpaper and patching up a little hole previously caused by a broken blind. This tradesman never turned up and said a few times he would call me back but never bothered, I’m not sure why people mess people about.
We do all kinds of home repairs except roofing and gas boilers: Wiring , electrical , plumbing , bonding , skimming , plasterboards , full bathroom build , kitchens , removing and building new walls , extensions. Replacement windows , new frames and doors. New ceilings and flooring. Partial or complete removal of chimneys. Artificial grass , new patio with flags. Painting and decoration.
Initially he was ok but quality of work meant I had to keep asking him to come back to fix the work. Difficult to get him back even though work guaranteed for 12 months.
