I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

Darren sanded, repaired and applied protective oil to my wooden deck. He has done an excellent job and I would strongly recommend him. He worked professionally and on budget.

I was extremely impressed with Clayton. He worked very hard and obviously knows his stuff. I brought him in to fix my kitchen floorboards but it soon became apparent that they could not be used. Clayton helped me find a new solution (tiles) and offered excellent advise throughout. I also found him friendly and easy to get on with and am happy to recommend him to anyone. Chloe

Within 12 hours of posting my job request, CB Plumbing & Heating had assessed the work required, contacted several suppliers and completed the work required. Paul did a great job in a hard to work area, paving, creating steps and a path while blending it into the older garden areas we don't have funds to change just yet. Altogether a much improved area, and when we have that big win he can come back and take care of the rest! Paul, and Chris were both polite and trustworthy, keeping us informed of progress and helping us make the best decisions for the area, and not minding when there was something we needed to change.

The job was executed efficiently and effectively. As it was a roof job, pictures were given to me before the job to explain the work needed, and afterwards to assure me it had been carried out as planned. Very tidy and would use again if needed.

Very happy with Jonathan. Too often, we have experienced overpriced and delayed services. Jonathan provided the most competitive price for two days work, however he completed a grand job in half the time and only charged us for the one day.
