I had my back lawn replaced with artificial grass and bordered with wooden sleepers. The standard of the work was absolutely first class, better than I imagined it could be TBH. The lads all worked diligently and with minimum disruption or noise and were courteous and polite, I was a little concerned because I have an elderly neighbour who I didn't want to be disturbed by unnecessary noise or bad language, I needn't have worried! On time, worked hard, cracked on, got the job done and tidied up afterwards
Providing all aspects of plumbing and joinery. All works to be carried out by a fully qualified level 3 plumber and a level 3 joiner with 10+ years experience. Family run business started in 2022 by two cousins who have teamed up to bring two very detailed trades together, plumbing and joinery. We don’t have problems we’ll only ever have solution’s.
Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.

The job was so much more difficult than any of us expected and had become dangerous so I needed urgent help. Luckily Mc Neil Property Services were ready and able to take it on at short notice. Initially I was sceptical about using this service, but within 5 minutes of placing my advert I was contacted by this company. They did everything they said they would do, arrived on time, worked effciently and cleanly and more importantly cleaned up after them which I think is always a good sign from a tradesman. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone requiring work of a similar nature to mine. Although not a roofing expert I assessed the work to be cleanly and very competently carried out.
