Update on previous rating as follows. I have downgraded my star rating because after the work was finished a water leak was discovered. The leak was due to a poor connection on pipes underneath the floor tiles below the newly fitted washbasin. It has cost nearly £1000 to find and repair the leak , plus water charges. The firm has not offered any compensation for their mistake.

I call Phill and sons 3 days ago to fix a leak on my roof. I did have the valley fix by an other roofer but they did not do anything just to take my money. We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. From the begening we found Harry and his Team to be very professional but also had have a very friendly approach. They listerned to our concearns during the process of the instillation and also gave us some good advice and ideas. We found them to be very tidy with their work and respected our property. Dan did an amazing job installing and removing a washing machine at my second floor flat in Crouch End. He did such an excellent job, provided new fittings for old ones that had perished, single handedly carried the old machine down the stairs?! and completed all works quickly, carefully and for the lowest quote. He’s a really good guy and I’ll definitely be using him again, I highly recommend him. Thanks again Dan.

Beware of these people – they do not honour their work! It cost me £1000 for a grey water pump plus over £500 installation cost (connect three wires and two pipes) to install a replacement pump for the one that has been working fine for a number of years until they touched it. The new pump extract water at 20 L a minute the old pump was 11 L perm. Because the water level buildup in the shower when the overhead and handheld spray are on at the same time I am told I can’t do that. I have to turn one off!!
