I primarily work on all aspects of kitchen and bathroom fitting from fitting to services. However I have a long history of multi-trade work having completed high spec extensions throughout the years, no job is too small. I carry out property maintenance which involve carpentry plumbing and electrics as well as refurbishments all within the latest regulations.

I’m Dene Workman, I set up this Roofing & Property Maintenance business in 1993 and have been servicing local peoples homes and shops ever since, I work with a small friendly team including my sons Lucas & Leon, We supply our own scaffolding and even skips, We carry out repairs and guttering jobs to full new roof coverings. CH Carpentry did an excellent job of rebuilding our fairly large deck and we are thrilled by the finished product. We have recently had some work done on our house and would highly recommend LPS/Wayne to anyone considering a tradesman. From knocking down a wall to plastering, Wayne is an real 'all in one' builder. He has been flexible, hard working and really considerate in all the work we have had done so far.
