I would recommend Andy to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly and skilled builder. Throughout our project Andy went out of his way to minimise the mess, put up with our kids and accomodate any changes in the work that we threw at him. The finshed work was impeccable, even his plastering was better than most plasterers I've hired in the past. I would not hesitate in using Andy again for future projects and although I'm tempted to give him one star to make sure he doesn't get too busy, he definitely earned all five.
The guys did an excellent job and were very diligent whe it came to clearing up afterwards. I will use them for the next phase and would recommend them to anyone.

Pete is a very reliable builder. He turned up on time, completed everything in the time agreed, and liased with building inspectors on our behalf. We would highly recccomend him and his team for anyone who who needs a reliable builder; who doesn't need supervision, and takes the stress out of contacting building inspectors. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day.
