The construction was of a high quality and all done efficiently. This construction was completed during lockdown and the team adapted and communicated well throughout the process. Reacted to the job advert promptly, arranged a suitable time and turned up efficiently. Took pictures to show me where the problems lay, quoted and then took pictures of what was put in to fix the problem. Very reliable and thorough in the job. Also advised that theres a 10 year guarantee on the works completed. Highly recommended.
Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.

The work itself was very good, and while on the job, they were quick, consistent and polite. Problems occurred with finishing off and a number of issues are still outstanding. There were mitigating circumstances - serious illness in the company - but communications with us have been erratic and we are left with a few outstanding issues that we have to deal with ourselves.
