I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

I needed a quick but complete bathroom refurbishment. After being messed about by 3 other plumbers, Andrei was the only person who seemed interested in the project. He was very thorough and made sure I was happy with the results. He was able to look at every part of the project (Flooring, bath & Toilet installment & tiling), and stuck to the budget and quote that was established.

Matt undertook a 4 month project which involved removing walls, installing flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, new radiators, windows, bifold doors. He was 100% reliable and was onsite daily, always happy to give guidance and advice and worked tirelessly to ensure our building went to plan. His work is of a high standard and he has a positive outlook making it easy to work with him and resolve issues. We are over the moon with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Matt or use him again.

Pete was amazing, pure dedication to his work, attention to detail meant everything to him whilst fitting out my kitchen. I was really happy and couldn’t knock him for his work ethics. On time, no lateness , Not a messy trades man either, likes to tidy as he goes. More so value for money is a 10/10. 5 ***** !! Keep up the good work. (MJ)

We honestly felt like we hit the jackpot with Colin and Kirk! They arrived early each day, worked quickly but with great attention to detail, and brought fantastic ideas to the table. I ended up hiring Sam to replace all my internal doors and one double door frame. What started as a positive experience ended up quite miserably: Sam did a botched job on the frame and the new double doors (the doors are not levelled, neither are the handles, the frame is not flush with walls etc). Also, black marks on the trimmed edges, numerous scratches, screws at an angle and so on. He did promise to come back and fix some of the issues, but never did.
