I trusted them in my house alone for the 5 days and they left it tidy and clean and we're extremely polite and helpful. William kept his word and arrived at my address as agreed. despite me not being at home he assessed the damage, called me and we agreed for the job to be carried out. He did not only put back in place the missing tile, but also repaired the roof edges where the cements were missing.
