Roy was punctual every day, he worked hard, knew what he was doing, making sure I was happy with the work and keeping me informed of how the job was going. He left the area tidy each day and was always polite. I am very happy with his workmanship and would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

Good tradesman, well equipped with quality tools, attention to detail - e.g. the powered plane used to trim doors to fit had a dust bag to collect the shavings was impressive, also first task inside the door was to fit overshoes to protect my new carpets. New screw fixings used as appropriate too to eliminate unknowns. We'd had a pre call on the 'phone to understand these requirements and fully delivered on them. Most excellent, discussed other capabilities too, to keep in my address book.

Very happy with my flooring. I would recommend using idyllic floors if you want no hassle and your flooring in quickly. Mine was fitted in a day and I've noticed a lot of fitters quote days to fit. Which doesn't help if you get one day off a week from work or you want it done in a weekend. Mine was a big flat. Very happy and would defo use them again and recommend to friends and family

Matthew Youle arrived at the house when he said he would, did an excellent job regrouting my kitchen and is an extremely personable young man. I did say that I wished I could afford to have the kitchen retiled but with the excellent job he has done my kitchen looks newly tiled and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. Martin was punctual, polite and very thorough. He has done a superb job for us laying our laminate floor and we will definitely use him again. He has a friendly attitude and worked hard and efficiently. He also made sure everything was to our satisfaction before he left and made sure that everything had been left clean and tidy.
