I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. D & H Handyman were so friendly and understanding, I think I re-scheduled twice and they still did the job with no fuss. They arrived on time to the job every day. Building company with qualified trader's.
Happy with the various plumbing tasks complete, and then a kitchen fit. Approachable/ nice to work with. When I had to change the timings a couple of times to fit in with other tradesmen, they were understanding and adaptable. And when I had ad hoc tasks, including one in a different property, they were quick to respond.
I've been working in the building trade for 28 years as a carpenter & joiner but also experienced in most trades and also been project managing complete re-build of properties for various company's over the years including lofts extension to wet room and bathrooms to fitted bespoke kitchens.
The guys really went above and beyond the call of duty, working late and over weekends to get our house ready to move in to. They have a great team of people to call on for all aspects of work, finish to a high level, are considerate (we have a new baby) and a pleasure to have around. Budget, potential time implications and solutions are all discussed up front when any issues arise, so no nasty surprises. All in all, highly recommended, we would not hesitate to contact the guys again for further work.
