Arrived on time. Presented himself clearly and politely . On being shown the job he asked a number of clearly expressed questions and made some measurements. I asked a number of questions which were answered precisely. I accepted his quotation and he began the work immediately. This was a very challenging job which had been has been attempted unsuccessfully on two previous occasions by others. I used the Rated People website for the first time when the recent bad winds damaged our fences. Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair.
