I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I was told a "team" would work on the job but instead he sent an old man who speaks no English making communication hard.The job was slow making it hard for us to use the facilities in the house. He suddenly cancelled an appointment after we had taken the day off at work! He did not protect the paint from dripping on the carpet. When I asked to make a few changes I was told to pay a ridiculous amount more! At the end he left in the middle of the job leaving me with stained carpets, & mess everywhere.
